Each Taste Africa Gnougou-na meal is 12 oz (340 g), thoughtfully prepared in California and frozen for convenience. The meal includes steamed rice, so it is ready to serve as a complete combination of stew and rice.

Taste Africa was created to share the flavors founder Tiemoko Diarra grew up with in Mali. Gnougou-na reflects that approach: recipes rooted in family and tradition, prepared in a convenient format for people who may not have the time to cook a West African stew from scratch.
