Since childhood, I have always been passionate about food & love to cook,
After growing up in Mali, I moved to the U.S. to pursue my education and began working at a food manufacturing factory. I took every potluck as an opportunity to share my culture, bringing Malian dishes like Gnougou-na and Tigadegue-na (Mali’s national dish) with fluffy white rice. Though many had never tried African food, they quickly fell in love with the bold, flavorful recipes.
