A family recipe, carried forward

Taste Africa began with founder Tiemoko Diarra’s memories of the peanut stews prepared by his great-grandmother in Mali. Today, those recipes are thoughtfully made in Bakersfield, California, bringing the warmth and depth of West African home cooking to busy tables across America.
